Poor service for the first time with my reorder
Was told on Thursday order processed and paid to have next day delivery. Later received a call asking additional info and again was told order ok. On Friday I went to pickup package at 3:00pm and when not there I called and was told still on truck so I went back Saturday and again no package. I called on Saturday and was told my order was not processed until Friday and would be delivered on Monday. Had I known that on Thursday am I would not have paid for express delivery. I amo just asking for some consideration and will wait for your response.

Hi, sorry for the troubles. Seems the doctor was a bit backed up and did not get to the order by the FedEx cutoff time. I apologize, our reps should not have promised the delivery as they don't know the volume of business the doctor has at any given time and that each order gets a thorough review to ensure the safety of the individual requesting it. Please understand that this is a rare occurrence and we strive to deliver as fast as possible. If you give us a call we will be happy to see what we can do to ensure your happiness again. entirely too expensive!!!
The service was good the response time is good. But the product is entirely. I repeat entirely too expensive !

Thanks for the review. We are happy to hear you are happy with our customer service and fast fulfillment. Those are aspects of our business we can entirely control and strive to deliver. However our margins on these products are lower than you might imagine. The manufacturers such as Pfizer and Eli Lilly set the standard for the pricing. We tend to agree with you, they are pushing the limits of what they should be charging. Unfortunately, until Cialis goes off patent in a couple years, we don't expect to see prices drop anytime soon. Where we bring exceptional value is when you consider the convenience of our service. We'll save you a trip to your doctor and pharmacy. Save you the co-pays, the travel expenses... not to mention what is your time worth? Our value shines when you factor in everything you would have to do to obtain these meds the "traditional" way. Hi, sorry you are having issues. You must have not input the correct Tracking. I see it was sent out April 15... and they attempted delivery April 17, but you were not available to sign. It says a notice was left. It is waiting at the post office for you since the 17th.. Please contact us.

Outstanding performance!
The carrier (Fedex) called prior to delivery to let me know the time they will deliver the package, they were very timely. The order was complete with all necessary instructions,I am impressed. they called and talked to me to make sure the meds I requested was not detremential to my health. THANKS!!!
