I have never had a problem with accessrx.com. The customer service has always been outstanding and everything I have ordered from them has arrived on time without any problems.

Your website was misleading and your product is over-priced.
I thought I was paying $21 per pill. Instead I was paying $42 per pill. And you advertise "the lowest prices online". Never again.

Be careful of the shipping charges
My order number is 2694243. I initially placed the order online but it was processed over the phone. The individual I spoke to was "Kyle". I asked him what is the cheapest shipping option available and he told me that it is about $17.00. I told him that is the option I want and I no longer wanted overnight shipping that I selected online. However, my credit card was still charged for overnight shipping. After giving specific direction on how I wanted the medication to be shipped, I was still charged for overnight shipping. After receiving the order I spoke to another individual and he said that he reversed the additional money (about $13) that was charged for overnight shipping. Apparently that reversal hasn't showed up on my credit card. I am a bit disappointed in the customer service that I received. Update 09/17/13: The review is being changed from 2 stars to 4 starts contingent upon getting the additional shipping charges refunded by today.
