Would use them again!

Called to inquire about the delivery status of an order, and was immediately greeted with confrontational, condescending attitude. When asked the reason for the hostility was called stupid and told to quit wasting the person's time. When I pointed out the longstanding policy of FedEx was for priority overnight to be delivered by 10:30 AM, was told that was never a policy. Went to FedEx website, and confirmed that it STILL IS the policy. Was then treated shabbily a bit longer, before I cut off the conversation. As I told the first person with whom I spoke, I doubt you would talk that way to someone standing in front of you. Treating customers this way is a good way to do business. Personally, I will never place another order with your company. UPDATE on 28 DEC: After contacting the company with information to receive a refund of shipping expenses, I received a refund of the FedEx shipping charge.

I filled out the on-line forms, called in to discuss medical history with pharmacist and received order the next day. Very happy customer. (saved 40% compared to filling perscription locally).
