Can't pick up product
I have not been able to pick my order up yet because they require a signature and I work during the day. The hours I work I will never be able to get to the post office

Phone verification - HIPAA violation
Would have been perfect except I had to deal with the annoyance of calling a number to 'verify' my order and have someone ask medical questions to me over the phone who was not a doctor. HIPAA violation!

Mr Smith, the call you had to make was to the Physicians office and you would have spoken to the Medical Assistant that required additional information. The Terms and Conditions for Medical Information is described when ordering.
