Slight discrepancy between what I was told on the phone and what arrived
Order process was a bit cumbersome but didn't take too long. Used their doctor to get my Rx. But when my order arrived, there was a big notice that I had to tell my local doctor. I'm sure that is just a legal CYA, but it was annoying that they didn't tell me that on the phone.

Not enough coupons for good cistomers.
I feel that I have been a loyal customer for so long. I used to get coupons all the time. Now they are very rare. I think the company needs better customer service in general.

Expensive but trustworthy
I have ordered medication from this company several times, and all transactions were satisfactory. The meds are not cheap, this is not a discount store, because they sell only brand name stuff, no generics. I am very weary of buying medication online, but this company has earned my trust. You can find the stuff much cheaper other places online but only as a knockoff generic, that doesn't conform to any sort of standards and contains who knows what. Is a trip to the hospital or the grave worth the money savings? Nope! I'll just buy the brand name medication thank you very much! I have no problem price shopping the death out of a new vacuum cleaner or a TV, but chemicals that go into my body are another story. Can't put a price on your health, or your life!

Very quick, reliable, somewhat costly
The ordering process is very easy. Numerous shipping options are made available with tracking. When I have mismanaged my mail-order prescriptions and need something filled quickly, this site is my go-to savior, Prices are a bit higher than my normal provider but this is great for a quick turn-around.
