Prompt, reliable, discreet service
This was a seamless, easy process. After answering a medical questionnaire and submitting my order, I was contacted by a doctor that works with the company to verify information, and that was it.

Rude customer service. Didnt follow shipping instructions
My order was supposed to arrive 10/2 and has still not arrived. I asked for my delivery to be left at my house and in stead it is floating around at the post office...I don't have a slip to pick it up and luckily I have a tracking number. To add, the idiot that called me to verify my order (why must I do this every time!!!!) was very rude. He called back and called me the wrong name, HIPAA violation, and when I said wrong number he very rudely hung up on me. I have made 4 orders with this company and I am no longer ordering from here again. Plus, I think they are likely overpriced as well.

Hello, as a Pharmacy policy, all medications must be signed for at the address listed for delivery. The package was at your door on the date needed and a notice was left according to the USPS.com delivery logs. We try to accommodate all customers the same and treat all callers with respect and dignity. no good
very pricey medications and the delivery is also absurdly expensive. I had to call them many times before getting through and I was also called to answer questions by different companies. In addition, they send 3 pills in a 30 pills container which is an insane waste of resources.

The price for a 3 pill order of Stendra 10mg ODT combined with a Doctor's Consultation and Prescription is much less cost than what you paid for. Your per tablet price was $34.39 compared to the top three Pharmacy chain stores in the US at $32.40, $31.40 and $30.57. You will need to go to your Doctor to have a consultation and obtain a prescription. You cost will vary on co-pay from $20 to $40 with insurance and a full price office visit without insurance. Which scenario is more convenient for you? As for calling back to speak to a Secure Medical Representative, it is a mandatory that we obtain complete full and accurate information. Since we are a Medical Facilitator, the medical clinic always calls all of their Patients to do a final review to ensure you are eligible to receive this medication based on your medical history. Lastly, our network of Pharmacies uses 1 standard pill card capable of holding 30 tablets. We have looked at creating lower quantity medication cards and will provide them should they be less costly to produce in quantity. Service saved by the operations manager............
My first experience with accessrx.com was flawless. This was my second order and I was not impressed with the service by the CSR and tried to cancel my order as a result of this interaction. However, the operations manager emailed me and advised me that my order was still on hold for further health information. I phoned the number he gave me to contact the medical professional seeking further information and was treated with dignity and respect. I did end up completing this order and I'm quite happy with the outcome. Had I not encountered the original wise ass CSR I would have given this 2nd order a 5 star rating.
