Last week I called your customer …
Last week I called your customer service to find out why you guys charged my credit card so much money and when **** the manager tried to explained it to me I said I would like to cancel my order **** the manager call me stupid then hung up on me and I think that is so rude you guys shouldn't treat your customers like that then I called back to talk to a difference manager and again **** said he is the only one and there is no one else that I can talk to. I still want to make a complaint about this indecent so please email me back. Thank you for your time. Andrew, I just want to let the readers know the short history of your call and the fact that we have never done any business with you including trying to place an order on April 19th. Unfortunately, this did not go your way, even after our Customer Service Manager explained our process. It shows that you were not sure about the exchange rates since you live in Canada and wanted the order closed, which it was. You can't just write anything on a review and hope that the reading public will believe you! It doesn't work that way with our company and Trust Pilot. We have serviced over 625,000 clients (with a strong satisfaction rating) since 1998 and we hope to continue another 20 years. Sorry we couldn't be of service.
