The entry point to correct some errors …
The entry point to correct some errors in phone number and address was confusing and clunky to correct without completely erasing the entire field, which I eventually learned I had to do. I thought I could just overwrite the incorrect fields.

I had a good experience
I had a good experience. The AccessRX rep put the wrong address on my overnight package. I called nd spoke with a calm, experienced supervisor who handled the situation. He called FedEx and erased the package for a delivery without signature. I received the package one day late. Elliot Maisel
