Easy to place order; system issues, unpleasant customer service
Easy to place order. Difficult to deal with customer service; very close to ‘rude’ . Not at all professional. Systems have issues. Captured wrong shipping address. The order was confirmed with correct shipping address; but it was shipped to wrong address. I noticed based on Fedex confirmation. I had to call in to notify the mistake in the system.
