My experience with EDrugstore was Outstanding!

I've been a customer for YEARS, and they have always done well...until this time. And it's bad. I paid for overnight, everyone told me it's shipping out. Stayed out of work to get the package, never came. I contacted them, and fedex. Fedex informed me they never got the package. Enter Gavin, the embarrassment of edrugstore. Kept telling me he ASSURES me it's on the truck, when even online tracking showed they had notifications but not received the package. Wouldn't refer me to another agent that understands shipping, and gave me a number to call - that doesn't receive incoming calls, and no VM set up. Even accused me of being a keyboard warrior and tried to elevate it to a personal fight. Late that night, they dropped it off at fedex. I asked for a refund on shipping and he said "we don't guarantee shipping, never have". These guys have gone down hill. To date, 6 days have passed, no one has reached out to me, and I STILL have no package. Also, their support email rejects email. I have records of all of this if anyone wants to see. Here's the thing: I have insurance, so it's only $4. I used them for convenience and discretion. Those days are effectively over. If they don't make this right, I will not be doing business with them again. I have contacted the Rao's...so we will see. Until then, you can trust that this company is failing after many years of success. Proceed with caution. UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY: THEY ARE STILL BLAMING FEDEX FOR THEIR NOT RECEIVING THE PACKAGE ON TIME. THE PACKAGE WAS NOT RECEIVED UNTIL FRIDAY NIGHT AROUND 10PM. THE BLAME GAME/DISHONESTY IS ALARMING. And still, of course, no offer to correct the situation. UPDATE #2: They continue to update their reply to this. To recap: they did NOT get the order to Fedex as promised and assured. Fedex did not even receive the package until the night I was supposed to receive it. They sent fedex the SHIPPING INFO. That being said, fedex absolutely dropped the ball, for which they took ownership and apologized - something edrugstore cannot do. Instead, edrugstore ASSURED ME it was on the truck and this ENTIRE problem was the fact that I couldn't convince Gavin that shipping info does not equal shipping. He wouldn't transfer me to someone who knows shipping, and their "supervisors" (Bill) number is a line that plays a recording informing that the line doesn't accept incoming calls and is not set up for voicemail. Their support email bounces back with a message saying "connection to mail server failed". But really, the biggest thing is they continue to support Gavin, who tried to make it personal and elevate my problem into a personal squabble. I have all the chats, messages, screenshots for anyone that needs to see. Was edrugstore the best thing on the planet? You bet it was!! I've left 2 or 3 reviews that say those very sentiments - and I meant them, and still mean them! They were AWESOME. Are they now? Nope. Not by a long shot. They are, however, adept at turning a $20 problem into a lost lifelong customer, and one that refuses to be quiet about this. The inability to just say "we dropped the ball, let's make it right" is pathetic. They did drop the ball. They kept fumbling it when they ASSURED ME "it's coming today", when I pleaded with them to just put someone on that knows how to read shipping data they couldn't. They called me a liar. They called fedex a liar. They accused me of being a keyboard warrior. The fact remains that I was such a huge fan of edrugstore, basically anything would be forgiven. But now they lie, support inaccurate/lying support agents, and finger point. You will notice that not ONE thing have they apologized for or taken responsibility for. That's...telling. I stand by my original statement - beware. YET ANOTHER UPDATE: As can be seen by the tit-for-tat responses, they have yet to APOLOGIZE for saying it went out Thursday, was ON THE TRUCK TO BE DELIVERED FRIDAY, and the argument that ensured when I tried to explain that fedex said they were not in posession of the package. Turns out they didn't even get the package until 10 hours or so AFTER it was supposed to be delivered. This company just wants to be "right", and will defend a failed position no matter what. A simple apology would have resolved all of this. They aren't capable - and to those reading this, BEWARE. They are no longer honest or trustworthy, and dealing with them for your medical needs is risky - at best. There are many other options. Also, keep in mind that their "support" line doesn't accept incoming calls and has a VM that is not set up, and their support email doesn't accept connections, so your email will bounce. And finally, edrugstore reported this for "advertising"! The LOWEST OF THE LOW, folks!! I stand by my position, have ALL THE PROOF, and am not selling ANYTHING. I'm retired.

The staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable regarding any questions and in completing my orders.
