I paid extra for overnight delivery…
I paid extra for overnight delivery because I was going to be out of town for three weeks. The package did not arrive on time and the tracking number is not correct. It shipped two days late and now I have the extra expense of having it shipped to me from my home. The call-center was rude to me when asking about my package and that I said I wanted a discount or a reimbursement for the overnight charges, the man said, let’s find out what’s going on first and then we’ll figure that out later. That’s not good customer service.

Very seamless process
Very seamless process. I had to consult with the doctor and because I am traveling, I had to have the product delivered at my hotel. Very discreet envelope and delivered on time. Product is excellent!
