Ordered Jan 4 and still not delivered
Ordered Jan 4 and still not delivered. Customer service (Elle) refuses to give refund and instead keeps saying “it’s in transit” but the tracking number shows that it has never been picked up. Having to get a lawyer to get my $149.98 back from a product I never received and from a company that will not acknowledge and correct the issue.

Hello there. You order was shipped same day. Our customer service team reached out to you and explained that the carrier had delayed the shipment due to the winter storms, and some orders around the country were delayed by UPS and USPS for a few days. Your order was refunded to you 100% even though we tried to explain the package was on the way and was held up by the carrier. Additionally, the package arrived 3 days later at NO cost to you. While we strive for quick arrival, sometimes this things are out of our control if the carrier has delays. We hope this satisfied this unfortunate set of circumstances.
