Edmunds' RosesReviews of edmundsroses.com

I have spent over $425 with Edmunds on 3 occasions. First it was a great experience with a few roses very healthy. My second purchase was about 7 roses mixed in which 3 plants that were very large and established died, a 4th meager one died as well and 3 lived. On my 3rd/last purchase, it 7 roses, 4 died and 3 are living. I called customer support to friend some of the dead ones. They said they would refund and never did. Ignored me multiple times after saying yes. I will not be buying from them again.

This is the 4th time I've purchased a maui sunrise that did not grow. the previously 3, they said "Well you bought it on sale so the guarantee is invalid! (bullshit reason)

I purchased 5 roses from Edmunds, all bare root. They only sent 4, I had to request a refund for the last one. One month after planting all in the same flowerbed, one hasn't greened up nor produced any shoots even after adding the fertilizer purchased from the company. I reached out to edmunds and was told there's no guarntee because they were on sale and I had 72 hours to tell them that the bare root plant didn't look healthy after delivery. It's quite disappointing and frustrating to waste money on a company that finds reasons not to warranty their product, even after asking for pictures.
