I'm in 9th grade and taking Spanish 2 on this app because our Spanish teacher quit. they made my sister do math on it last year and I tried helping her. I was 9th grade math in 8th grade therefore I should know what a 7th grader is doing. I kept getting them wrong. now that I'm doing it this year but with Spanish I want to ball my eyes out. I've only done it for about a week and cant get through the full first leson. I hate that we have to talk as well while we were with a teacher we could skip talking if we wanted. trust me I didn't like my teacher he is better then this website. I'ma send doulingo to take you down you crackhead.

Don't use this program for educative purposes.
Edmentum actually sucks at teaching students. I currently take a Spanish II class, and the content that is provided is confusing. While it does offer translations for the content, it doesn't provide new vocabulary and assumes I already know it.
As a sophomore, seriously? It feels lazy, and due to other reviews in certain subjects like English being filled with typos and incorrect wording, it feels like I might be learning the wrong information... Not cool for trying to learn a new language.

THIS IS SO BAD..
All the homies hate edmentum, I haven’t finished the course, but I’ve hated it from the start. I’d give it a 0 if I could. The only reason I am on edmentum is for summer school, and I’m not learning anything. The only reason I understand even a lick of this course is because I’m watching YouTube videos. And guess what? I learn more off the internet from random people compared to this a** website. They change their format of learning in the middle of the second semester, and I’m struggling so badly it’s comical. This isn’t even a difficult course, it’s literally GEOMETRY….. math is a strong suit, and this is humiliating, especially since I know that I can ace every test they throw at me if it was taught properly. This is an absolute joke of a website, I hope it gets taken down. If you have the option, opt to in person learning and avoid edmentum at all cost!

This school is something you can compare to Saitan.
THIS SCHOOL IS TRASH, IVE NEVER HATED ANYTHING THIS BAD IN MY WHOLE LIFE.
Please do not EVER go to this school unless you want to spend your nights crying and wishing you can sue them. Ive never been in a school as trash as this my whole life they accuse you of things and say rubbish. They say you've done things you havent. I couldnt find any school's there was none they were either full, abad, toxic or something. So i had no choice to do this school i swear i would have rather not went to school for a yr than going to this school please go to any school you want except this its very hard and the WORST SCHOOL EVER i would sue them if i could.
i think this school should be called saitan's school instead.

Edmentum is an unfunny joke, what the actual hell is that bro. Like the practice and mastery's have different info AND THEY DONT BE TEACHIN anything, like huh? they expect you to just know ish. I had to take it for summer school and it left me absolutely burnt out. Like my whole summer ruined fr now. CHANGE IT NOWWW or like go bankrupt or smth because me and most of my class are literally losing the will to live. I literally am barely passing and my grade is on of the highest inna class. Like be so srs.
ps: the grading system is rigged for failure

Horrific
I’d give zero stars if I could. My high schooler just finished an English course that was full of typos (how ironic) and many of the questions related to the material didn’t make any sense. Agree with other comments about the user experience, especially given that there was a “hiccup” with the course and every student’s progress was reset to zero. The “tests” are on brand new material that is in no way related to the material covered in the assignments. It’s an enormous stretch to call this an education program. Why on earth are schools using this?! I’d love to know what they spend on this horrific software instead of paying educators what they deserve.

Why does this suck so God d*&m much how can you mess up school that badly
When it comes to online education, I expect a certain level of engagement, interactivity, and user-friendly design to help foster an effective learning experience. Unfortunately, Edmentum misses the mark on all of these fronts, resulting in a painfully dull and disappointing platform that fails to teach or motivate students.
The most glaring issue is the complete lack of visual appeal or customization options. The stark black-and-white aesthetic devoid of any color or personality makes the entire experience feel cold and uninviting. It's as if the developers actively went out of their way to make this as visually unappealing as possible. Even the most basic personalization features like profile pictures or theme settings are completely absent.
But the real letdown comes in the actual lesson content, which reads like dry Wikipedia articles rather than thoughtfully designed educational material. It's an endless slog of text, text, and more text, with only the occasional image providing any visual break. There's no effort to break up the monotony, integrate multimedia, or make the content engaging for learners.
Even worse, this textual onslaught doesn't seem to translate into actual learning. The lessons feel disconnected from the assessments, leaving students confused and frustrated as they struggle to demonstrate understanding of material that was poorly explained to begin with. It's a vicious cycle of incomplete comprehension and unsatisfactory performance.
Overall, Edmentum comes across as the "asylum of online schooling" - a joyless, soul-crushing experience that prioritizes raw information delivery over genuine education. There's no sense of creativity, interactivity, or care put into the user experience. It's a platform that seems intent on draining the life and engagement out of learning.
I simply cannot recommend Edmentum to anyone seeking an effective, enriching online educational journey. There are far better options available that recognize the importance of design, content quality, and fostering an enjoyable learning environment. Steer clear of this dreary, uninspired platform and seek out alternatives that will actually teach you something.
