Exceptional Communication and Care
Exceptional Communication and Care - I had such a specific vision for what I wanted to wear, and when I found that dress through Editorialist I was suspicious at first, but I was committed to the look and decided to GO for it. I am so glad I did because they were equally committed to procuring the dress for me. I am so insanely satisfied with my experience - the world needs to know about them!

Can’t reach them for return
Can’t reach them for return , can’t even find my recent order by logging to the website profile , it’s so crooked, buy somthing supper expensive and can’t return

Was skeptical of the site
Was skeptical of the site, because I was unfamiliar. Shipping was quick and comms via email were frequent. Only not so great thing I experienced was the tracking. Website vs FedEx had different info. Other than that authentic.

Problem with order
