Excellent service. Found the dress I had been looking for. Immediate next day delivery.
Response from EditorialistOct 22, 2025

As other people have noted in their recent reviews, beware that Editorialist has issues with its tracking systems and fraud detection. High end stores such as Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, etc. - where Editorialist often get their products - have sophisticated systems that double and triple check for discrepancies to protect their customers. Because of sloppy systems at Editorialist, the customer is at risk and unprotected if anything goes wrong. It's better to ensure your expensive purchases arrive safely by buying them direct from more reputable sources than Editorialist.

Offered item, which I purchased, a few hours later they told me that the item is sold out (at the vendor) and they cannot fulfill the order. However, they still offered the item online, at the time they informed me, and now the next day. This is ridiculous! Their inventory management sucks, it's a waste of time to deal with them.
Response from EditorialistOct 20, 2025
Hi Michael! Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I just checked your item, and currently only sizes XS and S are available. These items are very fast-moving, which sometimes leads to such situations. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we will work on improving our inventory management to prevent this from happening in the future. Thank you for your understanding!
