Great shopping experience!
I received my Adidas country’s in a timely fashion. They fit beautifully and will continue to use the Editorialist in the future. Great choices on their website. So much merchandise!

Where are the options to cancel…
Where are the options to cancel pre-orders or where are the options if an item is unavailable and they have 48 hours to find it where are my options? I’m given none if they promised me a product that I placed an order for and there’s seems to be an issue why am I not given any options to cancel this especially if a product is not going to ship out for another month in a week?
Response from EditorialistDec 11, 2025
Hi Erika! We completely understand your frustration about not seeing options to cancel or manage your order. Upon checking, your order was cancelled just 4 hours after it was placed. We know it can be confusing when pre-orders or unavailable items have timing restrictions, and we always aim to act quickly to minimize any inconvenience. Our support team is happy to help if you’d like to explore alternatives or check on future availability. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience.

Trash. No clear idea if order was processed or not.
Placed order with notification of confirmation only to be told later it couldn't be fulfilled.
Response from EditorialistDec 11, 2025

LIED ABOUT SALE!
1st said candle was originally priced at $89.99 & on sale for $69.99. NOT TRUE! Was $69.99 AS PRICED. LIES, LIES, LIES... I'll never buy from your company again because I don't need LIARS in my life, especially when purchasing a product I LOVE!
Response from EditorialistDec 11, 2025
Hi A J! Thank you for your feedback — we understand how frustrating this must feel. Prices on our site are system-generated, and we don’t manually set them. Sometimes this can create differences between list and sale prices. Whenever a purchase is processed at a lower price than displayed, we automatically refund the difference. If you’d like, our support team can review your order to ensure everything is correct — you can reach out to us at [email protected]
