Patience staff. Offer a lot features that other directories charge extra fees to use.

Excellent assistance, great features, great price. I love the fact this has everything from Listings to Events to Classifieds and even Articles. The Deals feature is another thing we've always wanted to include in our directory. After trying several WordPress templates we are thrilled to use a hosted platform with support from the people who built it.

So far everything has ran smoothly.

Very professional layout. Nice options like classifieds, blog etc. Agressive pricing. So far I am quite impressed with the customer service.

Strong advice: Do not engage with eDirectory I could write a book about what we experienced over the period of a year. Let me be concise. They have a fantastic sales and onboarding processes. And this is where the good side ends. When they call themselves one of the best directories in the market things like what we experienced shouldn't happen. The first 4 months was like testing a beta stage web application. While getting our directory up and running we had several tickets every week that didn't allow us to go life. Response time in average and after sending reminders were hours to several days. Again sales is great. We bought so called mods which would be called plugins or addons in another world. They are installed manually by the development team on the live(!) platform. Needless to say that this took several weeks. And every mod installation had errors and we needed to follow up with tickets. Just after half a year when service, support and communication got worse we rated eDirectory here with 1 star, being on the jump to leave. That got eDirectory's operation for us: A senior sales contacted us and promised us haven on earth. In other words within roughly 2 weeks we would be on a new platform, with all the mods, if we change our rating. Big mistake, we agreed. And it got worse. It took more then 2 months till we could get back on the new platform. After this final experience we decided to leave eDirectory for good and requested a full refund and we would not rate and writing what we experienced. And here eDirectory's COO responded: Very polite and from a senior level judged, understanding and very professional. And again sales driven: We got offered a few months free and some mods if we wanted. He promised that the company was in a transition and technical development phase and in future something like this would happen again. And they wouldn't refund after the work they delivered and the time that has passed. Also he would hate to loose us as client. To make a long story short: There is mostly always a second chance, but a third is not an option. There was no refund and we decided not to go for a third experiment. Within 2 weeks we moved to Wordpress and got our directory up and running. Yes, only since we have the technical skills in house. I tried to be as complete as possible with this rating. Our strong suggestion: Do not engage with them. Unless you have time, don't care, have no technical skill at all and too much money for experiments. But even then, there is a huge market out there with better tools in any price range.
