I'm excited to get my company directory started. I don't feel very welcome though. It feels 'routine'; just another sale. I haven't been followed up with to see if I need anything; no direction. I feel left out to fend for myself off the bat. That isn't a way to get a client started. I'm excited, for me, and disappointed, for eDirectory, at the same time.

I did a lot of research and found that edirectory had the best platform for what we were looking for. Everything was going well until we did some customizations. Once we did that, it has been working on and off for months and months. It takes weeks to fix it each time and then it happens again and again with no real solution in sight. Operating an online company that isn't working properly effects revenue and reputation. They don't even seem to care or offer a permanent solution. At this point, I wouldn't recommend them.

We loved the product overview and features. Our account manager was very reactive but not precise in his answers and not very knowledgeable about the product as if he is always following a script. Now let's start using the software !

Just finished the purchase process so I've not had a chance to evaluate it, but I appreciated the quick replies from Daniel Storm. The main feature that attracted me to eDirectory is the ability to customize it. I will update this review once I've had a chance to evaluate the software.

Better than expected set up, however after a issue occurred I learned that support was as expected, the support line hangs up on you. What? Seriously. Either way I will get my issues resolved over the next week and things will be back to normal most likely. For the record my issue was sitemgr shut down and is not accessible with a error. This shut me down and I can't make any changes to my site. Hopefully not a common issue as this could possibly destroy my local interests in the site. Also for the record on a positive note the site is so easy to use that I cancelled having a firm build one for me even after spending several thousand dollars so this issue as long as it's not common is minimal compared to dealing with all the coding.
