Just finished the purchase process so I've not had a chance to evaluate it, but I appreciated the quick replies from Daniel Storm. The main feature that attracted me to eDirectory is the ability to customize it. I will update this review once I've had a chance to evaluate the software.

The team was very helpful in reviewing the features that I was interested in prior to purchase, and after purchase I was hit with more support than I was ready for! It is impressive how many features they are able to support at the price points they charge.

Great service, speedy support!
The support has been super fast to reply, the tutorials are really helpful and when I didn't find an answer the chat helped. So far the user interface is fairly easy to use for non-developers. Thanks!
