Avoid renting from Eden Villas
Avoid renting from Eden Villas. I rented a house for 6 People. The house was a disgrace and the owner stopped responding when issues were brought to his attention. The listing said the pool was heated, it was not. There were 5 places for fire alarms, but the owners must think these are not important because there were no alarms in them. There was an electrical socket that was broken and wires exposed. We were afraid to plug anything in because it looked like a fire hazard. The furniture was filthy dirty, stains everywhere and we still have not figured out what was growing between the cushions. Some of the TV’s did not work. Some outside furniture was broken and unusable. Cushions were ripped with the stuffing coming out. Owner stopped responding to emails, and would not return phone calls. The photos online are very deceiving and what you see is definitely NOT WHAT YOU GET.
