I love my ring but theres some issues here and there
I love my ring, however theres 2 things im not so happy about. I did have to have it resized down a quarter size to make it as snug as possible becasue it spins anytime I move my hand. Unfortunately that didnt stop it from happening, I literally cannot make this ring any tighter unless I want to never be able to take it off. Its so top heavy im not sure how to stop this from happening. The other issue is that it doesnt set perfectly with the band, since the bottom of my ring is angled at the bottom to fit into the matching band, theres a tiny gap on either side where the V doesnt fully line up with the band, this really doesn't help with the spinning situation. Im trying to get used to these things because I do really love the look and style of the ring. It was certainly cheaper than most engagement rings out there but I think if you were to look around at some other smaller jewelers you would find something equally as whimsical for the similar price.

Thank you so much for your honest feedback! We’re glad to hear you love the overall style of your ring, but we’re sorry to hear about the issues you've encountered. Top-heavy rings can be tricky with spinning, especially depending on the natural shape of a finger, where a ring needs to clear the knuckle comfortably but may sit looser at the base. Adding small, unobtrusive sizing beads to the inside of the band can often lock a top-heavy ring in place without making it too tight to slip over your knuckle. Additionally, soldering the set together can eliminate the gap, line up the V-contour, and stop the friction completely. We’d be delighted to share our professional advice and work with you on a solution. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly! Thank you, and we're here to assist you! EG team ✨
