GM 4.3 intake manifold edelbrook 3713. opened the box and was greeted by a bunch of aluminim chips and debris. looked it over and has poor machine work as well. then during install, had to clearance several areas so the mounting bolts will sit flush and also get a tool on the bolt head. overall, my take is it seems like poor quality chinese item for premium usa made cost.

Parts are supposedly made in the USA but function like they are from China (unreliable). Parts are backordered without an ETA and I am an American.

I accidentally ordered the wrong carburetor from Edelbrock.com on memorial day evening. I called them the next day at 8:01 am when they opened and they said that they couldn't cancel the order even thought the package wasn't shipped till 1pm that day. They gave a RMS to send it back that I had to pay $26.85 to return it and get a refund in 14 to 20 days. This total BS, beware...

I only leave one star because I can't leave less. The absolute worst customer service I've ever had in my entire life from any firm. I just spent $1,000 with their company on valve covers air cleaner carburetor a few other items and a water pump. The new carburetor was missing the gaskets and clamps and a few other things that always come with the carburetor. The unhelpful black lady and I only say that because I didn't get her name. She was at the customer service center in like Mississippi or something and said it never came with it they don't do that anymore. Yet online it shows that they do and when you call somebody that says that they do but it did not. And she basically told me I was beat out of my money have a nice day and then that was that. Screw her and screw that company I'm never going to do business with them again after 45 years. If they're so cheap they can't put a gasket in there then they don't deserve your money. I ordered an Edelbrock 1406 carburetor brand new and $450 is a lot of money to me when I live on 900 a month and change. To say that I'm pissed off is a major understatement the company just takes and takes and takes and doesn't give a poor company to do business with find a better brand like Holly

I ordered an intake and carb combo on April 9 26. it was back ordered. what a mistake!!! 1 month later no delivery. once they have your money don't even think about getting in touch with them. the recording says you are calling outside the operating hours. so, I sent an email that if I do not hear anything in 7 days I will cancel the order. we will see what happens and issue an update.

Ordered directly from company. Put valvecovers on my chevelle ss 1974 with a stock 402 engine. Car backfired and the valve covers blew out. Never inn50 years in the auto business have I seen such a thing. They are cheap thin steel. Called the company and they want me.to pay shipping and will let me know what they want to do. Customer service representative became rude and belligerent and hung up on me. I will never order from them and hope others realize the poor quality and service that a once reputable and good company has turned into. Shameful. I wish I could upload pictures of the metal ...

YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO ANYONE ABOUT ANYTHING . NO EMAIL RETURNS, PHONE CALL RETURNS , NOTHING !? THEIR QUALITY IS THRU THE FLOOR & I PERSONALL WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN . RICHARD EDELBROCK WOULD BE ASHAMED OF WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO HIS COMPANY!!!

They make a great product but refuse to answer their phone. I had a ton of questions regarding their pro flo 4 EFI and had to rely on forums to get my questions answered. I even put my phone on speaker and let it sit while I did other things and I finally got sick of the hold music after three hours and hung up.
