Howdy Larry, we're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with our device. Our devices and ED guide has helped thousands with being able to maintain an erection. While our device may help with your physical ED symptoms, the ED Guide is designed to address the mental, emotional, and lifestyle aspects of ED. This could be due to not having the correct size. If it’s not the right fit, you won’t be able to experience the full benefits of our device. Our team has emailed you more information on how the device should fit and our resizing policy. Thanks!

Howdy Brad, we're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with our device. We don't recommend using a rubber band as it could be dangerous and very painful! Our team has emailed you more information on how the device should fit and our resizing policy. Thanks!
