I paid for a replacement smaller size since it seemed like I made a mistake the first order. The replacement shipped to me was the exact same size. I sent an email to try to get it resolved, but I have had no response. So, I have paid twice and still don't have the correct size to determine if it even works or not?
Response from eddiebygiddy.comMay 28, 2020
Howdy Ralph, we're so sorry about your experience with your resize order. Our records indicate that you selected the same size for both orders. on May 8th we replied to your email asking you to confirm which size device you would prefer to receive along with your current shipping address. Since we did not hear back, our team has reached out again today via email requesting this information. Once you can confirm this we will have a new order shipped out expediently. Thanks!

Save your money! Doesn't work at all! I tried it several times without success. Oh well lesson learned.
Response from eddiebygiddy.comMay 28, 2020
Howdy Tom, we're sorry to hear you're not fully satisfied with our device and ED guide educational program. Our product has helped thousands with being able to maintain an erection. While our device may help with your physical ED symptoms, the ED Guide is designed to address the mental, emotional, and lifestyle aspects of ED. If the device is not the right size, it will not function as intended, which could be what you're experiencing. Also, the 30-day policy starts from the day you receive your order, which looks to be within the range of when you first reached out. Please reply to our last email to get your refund process started. We wish you the best on your path to better health, wellness, and happiness.

Did not fit. Nowhere near my size, to large and to cumbersome.
