I contacted you guys on chat .I am not satisfied with this product as a matter of fact I am very disappointed . I asked how and where i can send a picture of my cut device for a refund .You said on chat that you will get back to me on my email.. I am still waiting and the 30 days period is counting down for me to obtain a refund .

Customer service was very helpful & friendly... However with the device I'm really unimpressed overall. The bands are incredibly difficult to get on the device while you're wearing it, it almost seems impossible and then just before you give up it goes on. But by that time you're just annoyed with the process. And if lubricant gets underneath the band it very easily slips around and can even slip off. it was a very expensive impulse buy, but I wish I hadn't gotten it. And in order to return it they still deduct $25 bucks on the return as a restocking fee.

Didn’t produce firmness as advertised. Maybe I’ll try a tighter rubber band?are you suggesting a smaller size. Seems very tight as is. Especially with the tighter rubber band
