your customer service was great.the device fits well and does not cause any pinching or over tightness that does happen with the rubber ring devices.all that i can say is great job in the design of your product.

The product is OK. I ordered a size larger than I need, so it didn't work for me. I have since purchased a smaller replacement, which I hope does the job. The tightening band can get caught with the skin on the underside of your penis, and IT HURTS. Removing the band from the device is tricky, especially with the smaller (orange) band. I guess that you get used to all of the possible ways that it works best, and getting it on and off. It is expensive, so make sure that you order the right size first.

This did not fit and did not work for beans! I sent the items back to the company post haste and hope that the "insurance" that I purchased will be worth getting a refund or some other solution
