Not sure about the fit. I don’t know how much constriction is best. I have a size C. It helps somewhat but still doesn’t last long. Use of it with an ED drug may work better. Somewhat disappointed so far.

Here's why. I ordered first item in a size 5, too large (although measured multiple times according to instructions with same outcome); then was surprised to find out there was no provision for exchange. Then I saw your discount offer, and decided to take a second chance. This time, the size measurement index was different: instead of 1 thru 5 then, it's now A thru D. I measured again, thinking 'be more conservative this time'. Came up with size C. Ordered it, along with the "size insurance". Lucky me, because the new item is exactly the same physical size/color/appearance as the original, even though it's supposed to be a size down in your index. Now: because there is no indication anywhere on the device, or packaging, or paperwork of the actual size sent, I don't even know whether you sent the correct size; much less what to do now. It would REALLY help if you gave some indication about size differentiation; and expectation on trial, on your website. (It's a Class V Medical Device, which is why we can't exchange it, right? A suggestion: try providing some damn clarity on the single operative factor in your entire business plan.) Until then, you have an apparently well-designed and executed product that's just going to hack a bunch of us off. Thanks.

Didn’t work at all

I ordered this device with great anticipation When I got it it was the wrong size All I’m getting is tun around and very slow response time from your company I’m very close to letting my credit card company to not pay unless I can get the proper size sent to me Please let me know

Can’t figure out how to get it to work. Took the online course and videos and tried all I know. Nothing. It works the same or better without it..

This is my second Giddy I have received and this one works great! It is exactly the right fit. My wife and I could not be more pleased with this device. Thanks for providing such a great product for those of us that need it.

my GF and I used it once, successfully, she's back home 100 miles away, looking forward to using it more in the near future.

I followed the guidelines for size measurement and followed their recommendation. I ended up with an Eddie that was far too large and useless. I did purchase size insurance (which I would highly recommend) and communicated with them regarding picking another size. As of this writing I have yet to receive a response.
