I had been trying to get through to an EDD agent for over a week without any success. No matter how many times I called, I couldn't get connected to a representative. After getting frustrated, I decided to pay the $12 fee, and it turned out to be well worth it. Within about three hours, I was connected with an EDD agent who was able to review my claim. The agent confirmed that my disability extension paperwork had been received and processed. They also found an issue on EDD's end involving my certification that was preventing my claim from moving forward. Once they corrected the problem, everything was resolved. Because the issue was fixed, my one-time payment covering 39 days was approved and processed. After spending over a week trying to reach someone on my own, this service saved me a lot of time and frustration. For me, it was absolutely the best $12 I've spent. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who's having trouble getting through to EDD.

As a busy mom of a newborn and two toddlers, I don’t have time to sit on the phone calling SDI and PFL multiple times. I initially used this service to call PFL to see why my application was no where to be located, only to be given instructions to call SDI to fix an issue on their end. Worked as advertized . The counter kept increasing and it made 6667 calls to EDD for my FMLA claim at which point the screen changed to Callback Queue Verified. Please wait for a direct call from PFL's 844 number. (Attempts: 6667) After another 30 minutes , I got a call and got my claim was processed and I got paid Totally worth the 10 dollars

Best thing in the world! I could not get through to Paid Family Leave, and my claim was stuck. I read about this service on Reddit - and decided to take a chance. This was a very smart decision on my part. This wonderful business got me through to PFL/EDD through a very simple process. And if anything goes wrong? Like I didn't hear the EDD call to me on the first go? The service gives you access to the auto dialer all day that you pay the 10 dollars. Triple thumbs up to a real life-saver.
