This company should not offer 'custom' products. We ordered a rug to a specific size and it came in 4" larger so that it did not fit in the space and they refuse to remake or replace it...totally disreputable...it also took almost 2 months longer than quoted and then they send the wrong product! Extremely disappointed

The cowhides I received smell awful. I reached out and they suggested I air them out and try baking soda. They still smell so bad that I had to move them away from the deck because we couldn't enjoy sitting outside nearby. They graciously accepted my return.

Garbage products seriously bad service and the reviews on their page are all 100% fake. What a terrible company. I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy

I received a rug with bald spots and yellow stains. Customer service is non-responsive. I tried to return the rug thru their website but they want to charge me shipping and handling.

They have the most draconian return policy: seven days. You would never expect that. After seven days they keep 25% if you return it and charge shipping. We were redoing our house and wanted to see if we liked the rug. We’ll never buy from them again. You shouldn’t either.
