I’ve been using the Ecoviva Mate 4 and I’m really pleased with it. The product is well‑designed, easy to use, and delivers exactly what I need. One of the best features is the ability to get hot, purified water almost instantly — super convenient for tea, coffee, or quick meals. Overall, a solid and practical device that fits perfectly into daily use.

I've purchased based several things from Ecoviva. The products are great quality and the customer service (which ive had to contact several times) is quick, friendly, and helpful. I felt the price of the filter I purchased was a bit too pricey but it gives me another year of highly-filtered clean water so it's worth it!

Our Reverse Osmosis Water System has been wonderful for our family of four; we use it daily and feel relieved to know we are drinking water free from harmful contaminants. In New Zealand, though we have pure natural springs, the city tap water has a TDS rate anywhere from 200-600; the system consistently provides us with pure water with a TDS of less than 10. It's easy to use and I highly recommend this product.
