I contacted the costumer service and was very happy with the help i got. Fast and nice. Thank you!

Prodotto eccellente, supporto professionale.

I have been using the reverse osmosis machine for almost two years now and can honestly say that I have nothing negative to report. What really stands out are the four adjustable temperature settings, the four dosing options, and the clear alerts the machine provides when the water tank is empty, ensuring smooth and intuitive communication. The filters are also extremely long-lasting: in a four-person household, they have been in use for 11 months so far, with no replacement needed yet. For these reasons, I can give nothing less than 5 stars.
