Shortly after buying this reverse osmosis system, ecoviva mate 4. I found the replacement filters were out of stock. The manufacturer said they would be available in two to three months. Two months later, I followed up and was told to wait another two to three months. They offered no alternative or practical solution. I understand delays happen, but a filtration system needs replacement filters, and customers need reliable support. Check filter availability before buying. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t purchase from this company again.

Wir haben letztes Jahr ein Gerät von Ecoviva erworben und die Ersatzfilter sind seit Anfang dieses Jahres nicht mehr lieferbar. Der Kundenservice behauptet immer das in 2 Monaten eine Lieferung kommt, aber es bleibt dabei, dass die Filter nicht verfügbar sind. Bei keinem Händler. Ein Austausch gegen ein Ersatzgerät mit frischem Filter bietet man uns nur gegen die Auflage an, schriftlich auf sämtliche zukünftige Ansprüche gegenüber Ecoviva zu verzichten, ohne eine Garantie, dass die Filter für das Ersatzgerät künftig lieferbar sind. Man hat uns auch zwei andere Modelle als Ersatz angeboten, eines was nur die Hälfte kostet und schlechtere Funktionen bietet und ein andere, wo die Filter im Jahr das doppelte kosten. Auf der Internetseite gibt es kein ordnungsgemäßes Impressum und auf unser Recht wegen fehlender Nachbesserung vom Kaufvertrag zurück zu treten, hat man uns entgegnet, dass man uns bei Rücksendung des Gerätes (auf eigene Kosten!) nur 50 % (später 65%) des Kaufpreises erstatten würde, weil das eben Unternehmenspolitik ist. Aus meiner Sicht handelt es sich um ein betrügerisches Unternehmen, welches EU-Verbraucherrechte missachtet und Geräte verkauft die binnen eines Jahres mangels Lieferbarkeit der Verschleißteile nur noch Elektroschrott sind. Die Qualität der Produkte rechtfertigt dabei auch keineswegs den Preis, da man für weniger Geld vollwertige Untertisch Osmoseanlagen ohne propietäre Filter bekommt. Nie wieder Ecoviva!

The Mate 5 filter works fine, but their customer service is horrible. The PPC and C filter lights have been on for 2-3 months. .They don't have replacement filters and haven't had them for months. When I chatted, it kept asking me if the unit is U.S. . . . SEVEN TIMES ! ! ! I might buy a different brand!

Filter sind teuer und nie erhältlich, der Chatbot erzählt ständig, dass die Filter in 2 wochen erhältlich sind (für wp-ro-200g) es ist unglaublich eine auftische Osmoseanlage umsonst für nichts gekauft zu haben, absolute betrüger!

Niente filtri... sul loro sito hanno tutto esaurito sia filtri che depuratori!!! Mi sa che ho perso 350 € complimenti

Pessima azienda non si trovano più i filtri per WP-RO-600G, quindi in pratica ho buttato via 300€ COMPLIMENTI ECOVIVA

When i bought ecoviva mate5 they sold secondgand in the name of new may be.. filters gone in two months where as they say they have life of 8months..now no customercare is responding... only ai replies pre defined answers for queries. Cant trust this brand as noone is there to address your queries

I purchased an Ecoviva Mate 5, 8 stage water filtration countertop machine, through Amazon on 26 March 2026 because they advertised the filters would last 18months. The filters have stopped working and Wcoviva can only supply filters in approximately 4 months. I have requested assistance from Amazon and was told my return window was 30 April 2026. I did not Purchase this product with return in mind. I am Terribly disappointed. I paid a tidy sum for this disappointment and now have to purchase again. NOT through AMAZON this time!
