I tried a sample of the white paint for my hearth and it did everything they said it would do. No smell, actually took the paint smell out of the entire room. The next time, I ordered a red color to paint a small chest of drawers and this time it had a very strong paint odor. I currently have the chest in my garage as I can't have it in the house. I guess the rule for me is stick to colors that don't contain red as I must be sensitive whatever they use for that particular color. Having said that, there is no other paint on the market I can tolerate. Coverage is great and it's easy to use.

I used the satin varnish on some pine shelves. It has a very thin consistency, which helps it level out well - no brush marks. It dries in 20-30 minutes and the brush cleans up in water easily. Two coats are necessary. The sheen is a bit glossies than I expected, about like semi-gloss latex paint. There is virtually no odor and I wouldn't hesitate to use it indoors with no windows open.] I would have given it 5 stars if there were some directions on the can or included with the order, but pretty much nothing. Luckily it wasn't hard to use.

Fast delivery, good product, with good color sample reproductions for great colors.

We bought the clear, glossy varnish for our old wood floors. The shipping rate was excellent and it came quickly. The product went on great. We used a brush. The gloss is beautiful, the texture is great. My only complaint is that there was a lingering smell. It has a slight smell to it that for us, lasted about a week. I was a little disappointed since the website says there is no smell. However, I contacted the company and they told me what the smell was from and reassured me it was still zero VOC. I'm not sure any product would be completely odorless anyway, and as far as varnishes go, this one performed great! I will definitely buy it again. Great service and great product!

I had purchased 2 bird cages that ended ruster than I thought. When I when to take them apart is when I found all the rust. Paint was just flacking off. Using a wire brush I was able to get most of the flaked paint off.. With your paint it covered the rust spots very well. Your paint was very easy to use and clean up was a breeze. And the best was no spell at all. As I was doing the painting inside.right next to the birds. This was a BIG bonus.

I was painting a condo before moving in. I have Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, so ECOS Paint was a recommended brand. The representatives at ECOS Paint were great to work with. Even though my shipment was initially delayed, they tried to remedy it. The paint went on similarly to other typical brands. Because of cost, I also purchased another no VOC, low odor paint. Both paints had some smell the day of painting, but not bad. I wore a mask and kept the room ventilated. I didn't get any reactions while painting. However, I have been able to tolerate the rooms that I painted with ECOS paint better in the days after than I have been able to with the other no VOC paint I had used. I'm still getting headaches in those rooms days later. I would recommend ECOS paint. I gave 4 stars because of price and the fact that my order wasn't processed in the time frame in which I was originally told.

I logged into ECOS to order stain samples. There was a problem with it charging me the correct amount. The staff corrected the problem and got my order placed. I have not received my samples yet though. I am a bit disappointed about that. I am told they should be here today. Am anxious to try them.

I love love love that there is absolutely no smell to this product. It ended up not being right for the project I ordered it for but I will definitely consider it for future projects! I wish more companies cared as much about customer service like ECOS Paints does!
