My order arrived but you have to stop with all of the email follow up. Maybe it doesn't bother some people to get 25-30 emails to check up on how the process worked. I have only ordered 2 sets of samples and placed an order, so maybe 1 or 2 follow up emails per order would be sufficient.

If ordering more than 1 box worth of items don’t expect all of it to show up on the expected delivery date. Apparently UPS can split up the order (single tracking number) and deliver each box whenever they want. Ruined my whole preplanned weekend of painting when I received 2 boxes on Friday and 1 on Monday. Only 4 stars because customer service didn’t seem to care and shrugged it off as not their problem. Otherwise paint is nice because it doesn’t smell.

Got my order in good condition. I would like to see the order processing time improved a little, but I did receive it when promised.

Great paint, delivered quickly. Wish it came in a spray.

This paint is wonderful! I am allergic to several chemicals including latex and so to be able to do my own painting is a huge money saver even with the cost of ECOS paint. I am also visually impaired, so to have the nice color spots on both the side of the can and the top is extremely helpful. My one complaint is the cost of the paint. It is very worth the price, but I wish there were easier ways of finding coupons for things like free shipping, or a percentage off my cost. Maybe even a points program where each purchase I make gives me points toward free items on my next purchase. Some thing. We have a very limited income and I have to save for a very long time to buy this paint.

Everything was super easy and well done, just not in love with the color samples.

Actual paint color was closer to pink than purple and did not look like the online sample. Our 3 year old who selected the color was disappointed. Application was fairly normal. My wife is sensitive to chemical odors and had no problem helping with the painting. No to see how well it holds up outside in the midwest!

I really like Ecos paint and the non-toxic aspect of it, however this most recent order, I ordered SW6851 Hibiscus color match and I do not feel like it was a good match. I may need to order another quart so I'm hoping that one would be a better match. Thank you.
