I was told the stains would be received on Thursday at the latest and we didn't get them until Saturday. My wife seems to think the stains are great but the dely is the reason for only three stars instead of 4 or 5. I asked the person who answered my phone call if he could get the order processed on Friday and he said he would try. It didn't happen (at least that's my best guess) but I don't blame anyone for that. It was about 2:30 pm on Friday but he said that if they were able to fill the order and ship it Friday that I should get it Tuesday, otherwise it would get filled Monday and I should get it Thursday. When it didn't come until Saturday, I was disappointed, especially as we had a bunch of snow and it got cold cold a day or two prior to the stain's arrival. So, it would have been doubly nice to be able to stain what we were trying to stain prior to the cold weather hitting.

I’m a painter with 27 years of experience and really like that your paint doesn’t contain harmful chemicals. Coverage is comparable to Benny Moore and Sherwin Williams, etc. What your paint doesn’t do well is touch up. Instead of just being able to touch up small areas with a 4 inch whizzy roller I have to cut and roll the entire wall which is time consuming and costly. Remedy this and I will gladly use and recommend your paint to costumers. But as for now Benny Moore’s low to no VOC’s paint performs better in the touch-up aspect of my job. As well as comparable coverage and ease of use.

The paint arrived in two shipments separated by several days. I had them delivered to the UPS store where an employee "John", who appeared to be in charge when the manager was not present, was very nasty and argumentative about whether or not a $5 fee was due despite the box clearly being labeled as part of their access point program. He instructed an employee who was helping me not to enter the shipment into their computer. I suspect he was intentionally charging customers that should not be charged and pocketing the money. Ecos should have a frank talk with UPS management about this matter. I have not checked the paint yet and will update if there are any problems with it but in the past your paint has been perfect.

It was way more blue than it appeared on the website. I’m going to have to repaint. Quality of the paint was good though.

That sure was a very big box and lots of filler for a 2 oz. jar of paint. I was interested in eco-friendly paint to reduce my footprint, which made that shipping was disappointing.

1st time I shopped the color was on point, the second time not. Not returning.

I purchased a quart of paint after speaking to a representative over the size of my wall. He assured me that no primer was necessary and that because of the size of my wall, one quart would suffice as I didn't need more than one coat. Please over estimate when ordering. The paint itself goes on very nicely, and it dries true to color. However, two coats is a MUST, and I'm wishing I had a top coat as well, as we had a glider chair rub it and the paint (had been dry for over a week) immediately came off. In all fairness I have not had a chance to contact the company yet, and I would purchase from them again as it was nice to paint and not get sick from fumes.

Finished a bird cage. Any place you have bare clean metal rust from the moister of the primer and paint. On problem spots I put up to four coats of primer and paint and the rust still bled through. Needs to be a warning about this and a solution. My suggestion would be first step to spray with metal primer and let set for about 10 days to off gas before applying ecos primer then paint
