The product was fine as expected. However, We paid a premium for 3 Day UPS delivery on April 5th and did not receive our order until late in the day on April 12th one week or effectively 8 days after order was placed. This affected our contractor's ability to complete our home improvement project and delayed its completion. We would hesitate to use your products in future due to UPS's failure to deliver as promised.

Eggshell and semi-gloss not as expected. No sheen at all to either of them, they both feel like matte paint. I am concerned that they will not wipe off easily in areas where I used them (eg- bathroom, trim).

Got it in a timely manner, but 1 of 3 gallons was busted and spilled everywhere.

Paint is great but painters are not even aware of it. Also fast shipping was too expensive. Smaller containers to try out should be cheaper. Unless price comes down and painters are made aware, mass adoption is not possible and we can all not be healthier.

The order arrived as indicated before 9 pm last Thursday. Since it was going to the house where we are moving, we decided to check that evening just in case we missed the notice. As we drove down the street, we noticed a delivery truck stopped just before our house. We guessed that it could be our paint and proceeded down the driveway to turn on the outside lights for the driver. However, instead of coming onto the property, the paint was left by our mailbox at the street. Had we not coincidentally arrived at that time, it could have been sitting outside by the street overnight. Our prior deliveries from ECOS were at the garage so this was unexpected. Turned out okay - although my husband carried the paint a good distance to place it inside the house.

Dear Mary, Thank you for getting in touch with us. In the winter months we strongly recommend choosing the "Signature Required" option for deliveries. There is no additional cost for this service. If this option is chosen, the driver will only leave a package when it can be signed for by an appropriate person. If requiring a signature is inconvenient, deliveries can be made to a local UPS Access Point - where they will be held for a few days until the customer can pick them up. We hope that this helps. Shipping updates were slow/unavailable and not all my requested chips were included in my packet.

I choose ecos paint based off their reviews and no VOC stains. I placed my order and waited about 10 days before calling to check on my order. It was found that my order was in the declined folder even though the payment had processed. They were very apologetic and shipped the order that day. I was a bit shocked that they didn't offer any compensation. I wouldn't want the order for free but free shipping or something would be nice given this was their error. Everyone was nice and helpful and I will give them another try in the future.

I had ordered 7 free samples which I received but I also ordered two extra ones for $.25 piece which I did not receive. Thanks Mary
