This company mislead me on the cost of service, I tried to reach them on phone and text, left messages with no reply. Once the bill was overdue they contacted me added a late fee and I discontinued service. Then they sent me a cancelation fee that was almost as much as I would have paid for the continued service. Strongly recommend you look elsewhere for your service

I made the Mistake of signing up with this company. First off, lets just get to their product. There were still bugs everywhere. After calling customer service they refused to send out a technician to spray again. I told them I was extremely unhappy with them and was told they would close out the account. They offer sub par service, false claims, and in my opinion are a complete fraud. What a terrible company!

We signed up with "Eco Shield" through a rep named Tennessee (in the Houston Texas area). He acted like it's his company and he made multiple promises about coming right back if there is any problem with the service. I contacted him the after the first service (within 24 hours) and told him his guy didn't put much effort into the inside of the house and he forgot to do some of what we discussed. We also saw a lot more bugs on the walls and ceiling (I guess trying to get away from the ground spray). He told me he would come right back to take care of things himself. He did not. Then, he told me he lost his phone so this is why he couldn't contact me (I now feel he uses this lie a lot). Then, I understood and asked when he could take care of the issue. He said his technician was coming by from 3 to 5. We waited and no one showed up or called to cancel. The next day, I was tired of the deception and Tennessee told me he broke his foot so he didn't get back. I have all the text messages. I think this guy is full of crap. Anyhow, he never reached out to make things right so I told him to leave us alone, cancel the service and never step foot on our property again. A month later, one of his technicians randomly came by (no approval this afternoon) This is their business motto...show up and take your money to spray outside...without an appointment to spray inside. Then, they charge you the same. The tech did nothing and I told him to get off our property and not come back. I then texted Tennessee to leave us alone. I told him this before and his reply was "Enjoy your service." He says we signed his contract and I only did this because I trusted what he promised us. The contract can't be read until they email it to you so you have to trust what they say and he was convincing. They broke the contract, through lack of service integrity, but he still expects us to abide by it. This company is a TOTAL scam and they do not care about you or pest control...only robbing your wallet for inferior pest control or none at all. We have noticed no reduction in the pests observed in our home. In fact, it's worse. I want these frauds to leave us alone!

Zero stars. They keep changing my appointment, they do not notify me of the change, and when I find out about the new date and time, they do not show up then either. Trying to contact them? Be prepared to sit on hold for an hour, just to have them hang up on you. It seems to be some deceptive practices going on with this company, and I'm beginning to think they are a scam. I can not stress this enough - don't use this company.

Deceitful company, sell one year contract guaranteeing results. State you only have to reimburse the $50 discounted price if you cancel. They don't show in the summer in time for the second spray. Want to shift to end of November and February (in Minnesota) and then after cancelling the contract and paying the $50.They try an collect another $100 saying the contract is written that way...however, it is not clear. They are scammers.

Guy comes up puts a bill on the door and takes off. These guys are crooks. Stay away.

Absolutely terrible . Several reasons : 1. Job never gets done completely. So - cancelling my contract . Hasnt been even several months 2. Good luck getting your money back . These f..ers don’t care. I actually told them to go f... themselves - I apologize for my French but my frustration goes up to the roof since there ain’t no respect , no professionalism , no follow up, no communication, etc. I spent 1000 dollars for exclusion service that has been done incompletely and despite having conversation with their manager Jim - Woodbury, MN manager - and his promise that I would get refund ,- nothing was done: Thomas from customer service called me saying that there ain’t no chance for me to get a refund. I left voicemail to Jim - nothing . Go figure ... 3. People of their customer service seem like have no basic education and ethics training - rude , rude and rude 4. Expensive - again, for no reason and obviously for nothing as I mention above 5. Please read reviews below and DONT choose them . You will regret for sure . 6. There is no communication between main line and their techs - so what you think you gonna get doesn’t mean it is true . So be careful.. Anyway if that’s not enough I don’t know what else to tell you to convince you. Up to you, my friend.

Indeed my son got bit by a spider after several treatments. After calling customer service they sent out another technician. This time, he never even showed up. After calling the customer service I was told that there wouldnt be any charges at the time, i told them I was extremely unhappy with them and was told they would close out the account. Months went by and we decided to sell out house. Now, 6 months later Im getting a cancellation bill based on their Contract of which they didn't even perform, for the record I paid 115.00 the amount under protest. However, I am warning everyone to stay away from this Company! They offer sub par service, false claims, and in my opinion are a complete fraud. I sincerely hope that other Home Owners will go with some other service and save yourself the complete hassles and grief. What a terrible company!
