If I could give zero stars, I would! They have done nothing they claimed they would. I signed the contract based on the fact that the salesman (FALSELY) PROMISED this company would take care of voles and a silverfish issue. Horrible horrible horrible!!! This company makes claims they don’t even come close to living up to. The salesman swore they took care of voles….The main reason I signed up. First guy comes out and he looks at me like I have three heads- we don’t do voles he said. Well then why was I told that? I contact the office and was told -well we can treat them like mice. The next guy comes out and says no that won’t work, we can’t do that. And also says it’s bad for your dogs to have those bait traps out there. So why was I told to begin with they were part of the service??? Oh- because this company says anything it can to sucker people in and then don’t live up to any of it!!! And then expect you to pay an outrageous cancellation fee when you figure out this company is a scam! Then I still had the silverfish. The second guy that came says There’s not much we can do- I’ll just throw some of these silverfish packs around to help. I can get these at Home Depot myself- I wasn’t paying for this company to throw around some dekko silverfish packs! (Which didn’t even work!) I call to cancel, They claim I was offered a treatment to remedy the above. Yes I certainly was- AFTER I said I wanted to cancel. Very very devious practices. Lastly- when calling to complain, again AFTER I said I wanted to cancel, she says, it takes up to a year to get all the bugs out. No person ever said that, not the salesman, not the technicians, not the office. Again- horrible!!! Stay away!!!

I had similar issues as the other customers. They tried to get in an extra service at $159 and so I decided to cancel. They have charged me $150 to cancel and threatened me with collection if I don't pay promptly.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I made the mistake of signing up for this company when a sales person came to my door. He explained that services and that a technician would be spraying two stories of my house and destroying wasp nest etc. Since this was a door sales man I did not get a copy of my contract, which I later learned was a commitment for 24 months with a pentaly of $150 if contract was broken. Since I can not afford to loose money, I opted to try out their services for at least 6 months. During those 6 months I have noticed that I have seen a increase in spider and other bugs. I have not been so unhappy in the last 7 years I have owned my house. I reached out to the company rep who informed me that I needed to have treatment done inside my house as well to keep the bug way. I did not understand THAT rationale because I do not see any bugs INSIDE my home only on the outside. The company rep was rude and sarcastic during my phone complaint. She only offered to change my contract from 24 months to 12 months and stated I can have the services rendered with an inside sparying of my home for a $135 for the next couple months. THIS was even worse, because I clearly stated that I was unsatisfied after trying the service for 6 months and she wanted to offer more time and said it was my fault for not using the services properly due to not allowing spraying inside my home. I hated my experience and I am letting anyone know if you value your time and money DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! They came door to door and I signed up for the service. After months of treating for basic ants, their products never worked. In fact, after treatments there were more ants. Each technician that came told me the previous technician did not use the corrrct products and were attracting the ants into my home…but the new products did not work either. I went to the store and bought my own products ($10) and treated myself, all issues solved within 2 days! I called to cancel as their service did not work in the least and I had resolved the issue myself…here come the hidden fees ($150 cancellation fee). I was told by the salesman that if it doesn’t work, I can cancel (was never informed about the cancellation fee). Once signed up, I was expected to see in the fine print that there is a cancellation fee! That’s an outrageous fee for a service that did not work!

Very slick salesman sold me on what technicians would do. Apply insect control, remove spider nests, remove bird nests, control rodents. None of this was done. Very poor service that I quickly ended. Whatever was applied did not control spider problem. I called to cancel. Good luck there. I emailed to cancel. You will need more luck here. I do receive phone calls from reps across the country asking for payment. None of them are “authorized” to cancel service. This company is nothing but a scam. Do not start service.

Eco Shield stated a technician performed mosquito reduction service on our property. Technician did not acknowledge arrival. Ring doorbell and cameras did not pick up technician. Residents were home all day.

This company is very shady. A sales person showed up out of the blue stating that they're doing a pest control service to our neighbor at that time and offered me 50% discount of the same pest control. They didn't explain and disclaim any detail of service and rushed the service after getting my credit card info. After that they emailed me with a contract which I wasn't privy to what they scheduled for so called a future maintenance. After their first visit, I still see ants, moth and mosquito etc.. A month later, they called and texted me that they should visit my place for a maintenance which I wasn't aware that they would charge another $199! So I told them I don't want any more service. To my surprise they sent their crew anyway so I had to turn him back. Then I called the company to dispute and they said they have to charge me for an early termination! I called my credit card company and had to explain this company's shady marketing. WARNING! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY! Update: They started to harass me calling daily, sending me emails with bogus charges that I've never used their service. They are really shady aggressive! I'll contact my attorney to handle this matter. Pretty bad... Update on Oct 9 2021: This company is going after my spouse for the service that was never provided! What a scam!!! As I mentioned numerous times in writing, I advised not to come to my home since your company's running a scam and I don't want any service from your company. Regardless of my previous response, your staff showed up at my place without any authorization and clearly knew I advised not to come. Your staff showed up anyway. I told him I don't want any service from your company then he understood and walked away. Now, your company's harassing people to collect service that was never provided! Again, I'm writing how disgusting the way your company's running a scam and there'll be a point where I'll have my attorney handle this matter unless your company cease harassing emails and phone calls. I'll also leave my response in google for public warning! What an experience this became. I'll report your company scam in BBB, google, facebook and any review that I can leave... People should know.

All the negative comments here are true in my circumstance too. Poor product. Poor application. Really, really expensive. Not worth it. Hard to reach. When you do get them it's a call center in the Philippines. I cancelled after two treatments which cost $271 total and got billed $200 more to cancel my contract. Buyer BEWARE!!!
