Eco Shield Pest ControlReviews of ecoshieldpest.com

Experienced salesman promised their service would eliminate pests including the swarming wasps. Five different technicians misidentified pest and brought OTC spray cans for attic treatment. Finally called another exterminator who got rid of problem. Paid for all 'treatments' but cancelled Eco Shield. They threatened me with $150 cancellation fee! SCAM!

This company is a SCAM. I am currently fighting them over a 97 dollar bill they tried to charge me to cancel my service. They had the audacity to send a collector after me but they hadn’t come to my home in nearly a year. I have cameras, they never once entered my home. Outside actually was overrun with mosquitos and black widow spiders. I paid for a 2x a month service.

This company is a scam! We were convinced by a salesman to switch from our current pest control company. He promised superior service at a slightly cheaper rate. 6 months later we ended up with cockroaches. They failed to rectify the situation so we canceled the service. Now they are harassing us for a cancellation fee!

Forgery and Fraud! Their salesman Mike in Sussex County, NJ came to my home and pitched an intro service for $300. Told him I was not interested in signing up for long term contract but would do the one time service and if I wanted to pursue something further would call him. He showed up the next day to do the service - charged us the $300 he pitched - said a receipt would come via email which it NEVER did. Then he disappeared that day and left the technician he brought with him to finish the job (mediocre and less than what he pitched). He never returned my calls or texts when I asked about missing receipt. A month later we found out when a technician returned to our house that he forged my husbands initials and created a contract for us that we NEVER signed up for or agreed to. He has yet to return my calls or messages. Technicians continue to show up and I have to tell them to get off our property. Company doesn’t return our calls. This is not about cancelling a contract - this is about a sales rep misrepresenting the company and its services and forging a contract we NEVER agreed to. I plan to take legal action now that I’ve exhausted trying to get someone on the line. This is beyond criminal. Beware of Ecoshield!!

Totally crap company there’s not even a single instance when I don’t have to call them again to perform the same service within weeks of initial service. Stay away from this company as their product doesn’t work and the technicians they send will not listen to you and perform the service as they prefer. They even broke my porch light while performing me the service and there’s absolutely no one to take the responsibility. Please be careful before you choose to go with this company.

If I could it would be zero stars. They tell you one thing but it’s not what they will actually do. Are not willing to work with you as far as appt times. They stink and are rude

THEY ARE A SCAM!! I wish I read all the negative reviews before I signed the contract. Worse service! I have more pests now than before they serviced my house. They make it impossible to get out of the contract.

Door to door salesman was compelling. I was not satisfied with previous company so I gave them a shot. Shouldve checked reviews first! They came out in 4 months exactly twice. The second visit the "technician" bad-mouthed the previous work they performed, stating: "they have a bunch of guys who dont know what they are doing working here."The 3rd visit they never showed up, yet they continued to bill me without performing service. I cancelled after they refused to fix the problem. I spoke with 2 "supervisors" on 2 occasions regarding cancellation. They agreed both times they would cancel the contract and waive cancellation fees. They did not. Instead, there is a letter from collections asking for over $400. So, i've paid over $200 and they expect another $400 for 2 poorly performed services. Do NOT use these scammers.
