This company is a scam.

Their services don’t work, and they hit you with cancellation fees if you want to discontinue their horrible service. Stay away from eco shield , they are a scam.

Worst of the worst they are harassing cheat and steal

Horrible service! BE CAREFUL I signed up for their service since Sping 2022. They probably came out and did the tasks about 5-6 times (included 2 touch up). The only good dates were the 1st and the 2nd touch up, since they want to earn the business (money!). The rest was horrible. The technician barely did anything. They probably spent 10-15 minutes work on the 5000 sqft house (outside), and the rest of the time sitting in their truck doing paper work on the phone! When I want to cancel they threatened me about premature cancelation fee, which the saleman agree to me there is no fee when canceling. And because of that, I know I was signup more than full price! Horrible service! BE CAREFUL They will trap you into the service and take your money, trained their service rep to be NICE and lying to get more of your money again.

This company solicited me at my house. They signed me up for a 12 month contract with a discounted price of $185/month. They told me if I at least had them service my home for a minimum of 3 times, then I wouldn't be responsible for repaying the $150 discount fee from the first service. After 3 services, the insect problem at my home was worse than it's ever been. I sent them a text message to cancel and got no response. I sent them an email message and got no response. Please note that sending them written messages to cancel DOES NOT WORK. They ignore them. I finally called to cancel and was told I would be charged the $150 fee. The foreigners who run this business are liars. Do yourself a big favor and stay away from this company.

I signed up for annual pest control. About 3-4 months into my service I noticed mouse activity in my home. When I contacted the company they came out to perform an inspection, and told me they would not put any traps down to treat the current problem until I paid an additional $800 to seal up all entry points. According to their website they have a 3 step process for treating mice. Step 1 being inspection, 2 being treatment of current issue, and step 3 sealing all entryways. When speaking with their inspector on the phone, he informed me all the grates on my foundation were missing the screens behind them among other things. When inspecting these same grates myself, I saw that they did have the screens he indicated were missing. So after being lied to and misled during step 1 of their process, and their refusal to perform step 2 until I paid for step 3, I decided to terminate my contract with them based on them not upholding their end of their stated business practices. I am now being charged $221 as an early termination and after many conversations they are refusing to lift the charges.

Con men! From the salesman to the technicians, terrible job, lied about hours, watched them on cameras, left gates open and I have dogs, came not on the hours was told. So bad I had to cancel and was told I can cancel anytime no fee then charged 200 fee. Scam!
