The most disrespectful company ever. This is the third issue we've had with their sales reps. We have three no soliciting signs along the path to our door. We work from home. My husband was in a meeting and saw them in the neighborhood. Because of the issues in the past, he ADDED a forth hand written sign on the door that said "in a meeting; no soliciting." The rep ignored it and knocked, causing the dogs to bark. My husband opened the door and pointed to the sign. The rep lied and said "I'm working with your neighbors." My husband ended the call with a client, thinking there was a property issue. The rep than starts a sales pitch. My husband says 'seriously, we have multiple no soliciting signs." The rep responds "those don't do anything." Later I saw him walk up to a mailbox flower bed and kick the flowers off the stems. He knew there was no way he was getting a sale. I would guess corporate instructs them to contact owners and IGNORE no soliciting signs. Do you want a company that is this disrespectful working for you? There is also almost NO way to call the local company - good luck if you have any issues. All numbers are corporate (unhelpful) or overseas call centers.

Such a pest is what your tech guys are . Soliciting even with the signs at the door . Insisting to check your property even after told no, because we have a service we like - trying to convince us our pest control sucks . Bothering people trying to tell them names of neighbors they service while no such a neighbors exist . Keep going on and on so annoying …. But check the reviews …..

This review is based on the sales people going door to door and customer service. Came to my house 2x on Tuesday. I was in bed sick, had the dogs barking like crazy. Once at just about 2 then again about 7 ish, this time coming from the other direction. Both times he walked up placed something way at the top of my door ( no clue what as it was not there when I looked hours later) then proceeded to ring the doorbell. He didn’t appear to be wanting anyone to answer but both times he walked away quickly but stopped in my front yard to eat a granola bar and drink his water. The customer service is horrible. Called 3 times before I got someone to transfer me to the home office. The guy there told me he’d get in contact with the guys and tell them to stop doing that. Evidently he didn’t because they came back again. I also have a no solicitation sign up so evidently they can’t read either.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with EcoShield pest control company. They misrepresented the terms of the contract and then asked me to pay a cancellation fee, which was never mentioned to me. This is an unscrupulous business practice and I feel completely taken advantage of. Six month later, I decided to cancel the service as I was unsatisfied with their performance. When I called EcoShield to cancel, they informed me that I would have to pay a cancellation fee. I was shocked and dismayed, as this had never been discussed with me before. Overall, I would not recommend EcoShield to anyone. Their business practices are deceptive and unethical. If you're looking for a pest control company, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Stay Away! Like others I would give a zero star rating if I could. The treatments seem to work for bix elder but not ants. My issue is with the contract. I was given one price from the salesperson. Signed on an iPad and later found I was locked into a 2 year contract far more expensive than what was conveyed by the sales person. I could not see this detail on the iPad. Customer service is terrible. Calls go ti another country and it is impossible to speak to someone who can do something.

We work from home and have multiple no soliciting signs at the door yet they decided ring the doorbell. When I answer the door the sales guy tells me he is too busy to read signs and refused to give his name. When I call the company it’s routed to another country and I tell them I need to speak to someone here I’m sent to some guy locally named davarion who tells me that is the sales team and passes the buck. I see all over yelp complaints for this exact same thing. This company doesn’t get it, they just keep doing it.

Stay away, you get locked into a 36 month contract and if you cancel need to pay the "initial discount" that it was given to you. I've had other pest control companies and when I cancelled did not encounter any issues when cancelling, i.e. Trugreen. They knock on your door even if you live in a gated community and there's no soliciting. Complete disregard for your privacy. Rude and pushy. I could leave a review of no stars if I could.

I would not trust this company at all. They have been told about employees showing up drunk to service my house and have yet to do anything about it. Not to mention why would they have their employees driving a company vehicle heavily intoxicated?? My opinion call TruGreen.
