I was approached by a ecoshield salesmen by my door. He was very aggressive. After multiple times of me telling him no thank you. He told me that I can get a one time spray for 159$ and I could cancel if not satisfied. I signed the authorization form for the one time charge. I realized that the service was not worth the cost and emailed the company to cancel on that same day. They called me and told me since I waived the three day waiting period, I am locked in to a one year contract. I told her that I did not sign or was told of any waiver and if mu initials or signature is present on any document, it is forged and fraudulent. They continue to call and harass me that they will not cancel the contract. This company is a fraud and should be shut down. They use illegal tactics and engage in criminal behavior. I thankfully have video cameras on my residence and have the complete interaction recorded which shows that the salesman was filling the form after he left which now is clear he was putting my initials on the fake contract and signing my name.
