Met the owner of the company ! Must have been around 17 yrs old, claimed to be the owner and company has been around since 2015. He has been out all day so he ran out of business cards. This is all sarcasm. But it was comical hearing this BS pny show from one of their reps.

One of the worst companies of all time , I regret not doing my research. They said 100% get rid of bugs and flys but I only seen it get worst every time they come. Then they said give it 10 days until they come back out and charge you again. A complete waste of money.. please stay away from this company

I am telling everyone that this company is a complete OOOOO!!! All the negative reviews are right on target. To me it’s a scam. Doesn’t do what their supposed too. Big mistake on my part, as all the others who sighed up. So anyone who signs these guys up, needs to not sign up. Good luck everyone. SCAM IN MY OPINION. I know I repeated myself,but just wanted everyone to listen and here it. 💩🤥👎

I regret signing a contract with Ecoshield. They come out and spray and 1-2 weeks later, I see the bugs running around in my house they are supposedly treating for. It never fails. They have admitted to me that other customers have the same problem. Don't hire them.

Worst customer service experience ever! Richard in customer service was actually raising his voice and cutting me off in our conversation with no apology or explanation just that he was right and we are wrong. Let me explain… We signed up from a door to door salesman (huh? Who does that?) we did and first impression is that we’re a bunch of nice guys working, making a living, friendly, that’s good and all but it all changed when we decided to cancel the service, it didn’t so much to cut down on flies and mosquitoes ( which was extra btw) nor the ants plus we have chickens and dogs. We talked to Armando and he explained the situation of “the contract” and how we still had services on our contract that we were obliged to pay for the remainder of the term. Well we couldn’t do that but he convinced us to stay for another 2 sessions. Well we weren’t aware of a contract and as things go, we couldn’t afford to pay $160 every 2 months for services that weren’t doing much for us. Armando talked to a supervisor and said they made a mistake and were overpaying for the service we had. Needless to say our “contract” was up in June so we called today and spoke with Richard & he said no we are on a 2 yr contract and that the other guy (Armando) probably didn’t know that. WTH!?!! We told him what was going on and he interrupted us and insisted he was right and we were wrong 😑 raising his voice while I was speaking to him that I cut him off to ask for a supervisor and of course he responded with none available. He continued to be rude so we loudly told him that we would call back tomorrow morning and speak with a manager. Click. Bye Felicia 👋

We signed up for the services, were never told it's long contract. Also they kept charging every 2 weeks, for outdoor and indoor services. We have never seen anyone come inside house and do paste control ! We tried to cancel services, there is no option to cancel online. We called and were given long run around. We got frustrated and called credit card company. Eventually ecoshield started reporting us to credit beauro for not paying. But they were charging for the services they never provided. NEVER SIGN UP. They come to your door with big promises and don't leave until you sign up !
