Vernon Walker (Vee) performed my first service, and we want him back! He was a very professional, friendly, polite, and skilled technician. He removed all the nests and cobb webs from the home's exterior and strategically placed rodent control boxes. He sprayed and inspected the exterior of the home. He explained the next steps and what will be done during my next quarterly service. Thus far, I am very satisfied with this company's service compared to my previous pest control companies. We have received my pest control intervention for a great price compared to other companies that actually performed fewer interventions. Yard flea and tick coverage is also included which with other companies was always an additional price on top of the expensive quarterly service rate. Getting a six-year price lock in today's economy is excellent. Especially when other companies raise their rates annually by 10% and perform less service. I have read reviews on this company and do not agree with the negative experiences posted since my experience has been stellar. Days before my service the salesman was polite, professional, and respectful and explained all services in detail. My first service was exactly as he described. I look forward to a long relationship with this company. The itemized report at the end of the service has an easy-to-read format and is very detailed and explains precisely the products used to treat my home. This makes me feel very confident that safe bioproducts are used.
