DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...COMPLETE SCAM. They first lock you in to a "discounted rate" which keeps recurring until you cancel only when you try to cancel they then tell you, you have to pay them an additional $150 to cancel your account and when you do they don't send you a confirmation email then you have to repeat the process and they tell you that you have to pay More money to cancel. Don't ever pay these guys they are absolute crooks!

We moved to Arizona and they were at my…
We moved to Arizona and they were at my door within literally 5 minutes. I was presented a fast talking story that included an annual contract (which blew right by me, didnt catch it). Noticing the house had crawlers and flying bugs needing some help so I signed on. It was indeed expensive and I regretted it shortly after I signed up. They would show up, hang out in the front drive way for 20 minutes then drive away. Before they could even say they did anything I called them and complained loudly. Oh we have to extend you for another month. We can reduce your payment for a limited time... After frustration and told them after my contract is up I will not renew. Then they auto renewed me after saying they dont do that. Then when all was so called done. I got a email bill for $60. Then a credit collector bill for $180. I will not call them again. You may consider looking elsewhere unless you like issues, even more local to you. There are better services out there, Im sure of it. I went with Bestie and will do it myself from now on.

If I could give a negative review I…
If I could give a negative review I would. This company get you to sign their contract which locks you in for one to two years. You have a contract fee even if you are unhappy with their service. Some of the technicians are rude and they are done with the treatment in 15 min. Or less most of the time. I was so unhappy with this company. They charge a lot of money to do what you can do yourself. I had to pay to end this contract if felt like I was being punished. Do not use this company if feels like a scam. This company said I can end the contract if I’m not happy. When I tried to end it they called and emailed me for the cancellation fee. This is a way of them getting money from you even though you cancelled. Make sure you have cameras around your house so that you can see for yourself that they do not do what you are paying them to do. I’m so upset about this and the money I’ve lost.

Unethical and immoral business
They had came to our house to sell their services, I declined the service since I already had a contract with another company. They spoke poorly of the other company which did not sit well with me. They left and came back while I was gone and spoke to my husband who has dementia. He unknowingly signed a contract, and when I get an invoice it does not even have our correct address. It was for $168.00!!! It also stated they had emailed us, which my husband does not even know our email.I called them and explained my husband has dementia to please cancel the services. They then informed me that they did a second spraying, but only the front yard and want another $168.00 on top of the first bill. Now they are refusing to cancel the contract, even though they know he is not medically able to sign contracts and informed me we would have to pay a cancellation fee. They also stated they emailed the contract, but the email they have is not ours. so now someone else may have our information. They prey on the vulnerable and are unethical. I would have paid the original $168.00, but as they kept adding fees I realized how crooked they were.

Short on Service, Long on Regret- Buyer BEWARE!
EcoShield Pest Control: Short on Service, Long on Regret
If you’re in the market for underwhelming service and an overdose of aggressive sales tactics, look no further than EcoShield. They seem to pride themselves more on their relentless pursuit of new customers than on actually delivering quality pest removal services to their existing ones.
Let's talk about their salespeople first: they're the kind that give sales professionals a bad name. Their tactics are more akin to those of pushy street vendors rather than representatives of a reputed company. It's one thing to be enthusiastic about what you're selling; it's another thing entirely to bulldoze your potential customer with an avalanche of hard sells and refusal to take 'no' for an answer. They've seemingly mastered the latter.
Now, onto the service—or should I say, the laughable six minutes it took to “treat” the exterior of my 3,000 square foot home. Yes, you read that right: six minutes. I've seen snails move more deliberately and thoroughly than their technicians did around my property. Considering the size of my home, it's astonishingly absurd to believe that any credible job could be accomplished in that short a time frame. Were they merely giving the illusion of service while making a quick escape? It certainly seems that way.
And let's not forget the pièce de résistance of EcoShield's service: the Kafkaesque ordeal that is trying to cancel their membership. One would think they’re attempting to exit a cult rather than a service agreement with the number of hoops they make you jump through. An endless maze of phone transfers, elusive customer service representatives, and mysteriously lost cancellation requests are just a few of the hurdles you'll encounter. If their pest control were half as tenacious as their membership retention tactics, I might have actually gotten my money’s worth.
WADE!! I'm still waiting for you to return my call!!!
In a world where consumer choice is abundant and reviews matter, EcoShield stands out—but for all the wrong reasons. Buyers, consider yourselves warned.

Warning: Terrible company out for your money
My elderly mother signed up for service with EcoShield. Nine months later her health declined severely to the point that she had to sell her home and move in with her children. EcoShield called and wanted to schedule service. They wanted $86 to pay for the service. I told them she didn't own the home any longer and lived out of state. They then told me my mother had to pay $200 to terminate the contract. She couldn't even pay the $86 as the rep said they can't service a home my mother doesn't own and they can't charge for a service not provided. I called them repeatedly and emailed them the settlement statement to prove we sold the house multiple times. They sent my mother to collections anyway. I was told to send the settlement statement (again) and that they would fix the collection and close the account. I just called after three weeks to verify that it was taken care of, and I was told that I have to take it up with the collection company. My mother wanted to die with the good credit that she's maintained her whole life, but that isn't going to happen now. I wouldn't do business with this company ever. They seem very unethical and just trying to coerce an old lady into paying $200.
