Application of pesticides is OK from what I can tell, but the company is a high-pressure sales and gotcha operation. Very hard to get help over the phone from the offshore customer reps, who make it clear you're trapped into a recurring contract you didn't realize you had. Tried to cancel, but am told I'm committed for three more months. They lowered the price, but if I had known I was getting trapped by a big corporate borg, I would never have said yes to the young fellow who first came to our door.

I highly advise against doing business with this company. Hundreds of dollars for them to sweep some cobwebs from under eaves and deck. Zero reduction is insects. Made 3 visits to my home, called to cancel after last visit and got me for another $200 for early termination fee. Most if not all 5 star reviews for EcoShield on Google are coerced by the company. Trustpilot reviews are a better representation of what to expect. Sign up at your own risk.

This company would need a new business plan and a new owner to improve its business . They are dishonest and predatory . i’ve never had the displeasure of becoming involved in such a service in my life. They go door to door with two slick sales people and fail to tell you the contents of the small print. Do not sign their contract. It is a scam. of the worst type. I am paying the $150.00 cancellation fee because they threaten to turn it over to collection and i do not want to mar my stellar score .If you were to have a pest problem, they are worthless . I had an ant problem on Friday, and they don’t work weekends, so their rep arrived at my house on Monday and I had already taken care of the problem with a can of Raid. BEWARE OF ECOSHIELD,,

We were not happy after 2 visits. The first visit they left the gate open and we had to chase after our dogs. Second visit was for carpenter ants. The guy spent more time dusting for spiders! Whatever he use$ for the ants was supposed to kill the main nest. We had ants with neurological damage symptoms for 3 days. No ants until 3 days later. More neurological symptoms. 2 days later, normal acting ants what the ??? Ar5ue$ with Amanda on the phone and then received an email stating our contract was cancelled. .NOT! I keep getting bills for $200. I called today And asked if I pay the $200 I won’t owe anything more? Verbal yes. I received the bill by email for $200. I sent an email back requesting the invoice to say “Final Invoice”. No response. To us, when they told us the contract was canceled, that meant no more bills. Guess they don’t speak the say language.

These people are crooks. They came to me while I was working in the yard and said they could do inexpensive insect treatments for our house, inside and out. It was $175 for a year. Theu charged me $185.50 on Aug 4th, then came back and charged me another $185.50 the next month on September 8th. So much for what they told me. Never did any applications inside our house. Never gave me anything in writing, just a guy with an Ipad. They never told me they planned to charge me $185 every month. I paid them for two months within 34 days and told them to cancel my service. Now they want to charge me hundreds of dollars more just to cancel their rip-off "service." I don't think so. Ecoshield is a rip off company. They will quote any terms to get you to sign up with them and then charge you a big monthly fee and charge you hundreds more when you cancel their "service." These people are crooks. If they solicit you at your home, run the other way.

They never show up when they schedule, they also tell you when they will show up and not ask if it works for you. They don't really do anything. Just walk around pretending they are spraying, though they do get the spiderwebs with a brush. When you try to cancel they just try and take more of your money. Stay away, they are not a legit company.

They lied to me. They said I had six month trial to cancel the service if I did not enjoy it. I called and tried to setup cancelling my account and they said they had no record of my "trial" . Meaning I was locked into a 1 year contract. I tried to fight it but they just keep trying to sell there joke of a service. No respect for this company.

The very first technician sent to my property claims to have fallen, now he's suing me.
