First the corporate billing office is horrible to deal with nothing but rude people they don't care about anything you have to say they want money. But yet they say we signed a contract and they have yet to still email us the contract we supposedly signed. I have asked for a manager or higher up personal to call me back they say they will but then they don't I have sent multiple emails text messages as am done talking with the customer agents as they hang up on you and are rude. Also we were told we can cancel anytime with no penalties that's not the case we also told them we do t want them to come out and they still did and ended up placing my dad into the hospital we told them why and they still can out. The other reason they said they can't spray out side but yet we are still to pay full price they have a lot of clouded and inaccurate information left out. They need to have better sourced communication and managers on duty that are willing to talk with customer service when they agents are being unreasonable and there hands are tied as they say. and all they want is you to pay up and keep paying, after we told them to cancel! Never ever will use them again and we definitely have left our entire block friends and family know as well. Do not use them they cheat you and lie and customer service is horrible! Also there product does not work.

This company has extremely shady sales tactics and should be avoided at all cost. a door to door salesman in North TX named Collin (he put Spiderman as his nickname in my phone) came to the door stating they were doing a lot of other houses in the area and could give me a major discount since they are already there. We had minor issues with some carpenter ants and they said they could take care of them. I signed up in September, he told me specifically that with the discount I was getting, I would need to continue service until January in order to not have to pay the discount back. come February I cancel and they tell me they are charging me $450 to cancel my account because there is a 12 month contract (which there was never any mention of whatsoever). I finally folded and called them and paid the balance and cancelled the account just to get them out of my hair, I specifically asked after paying if my account was cancelled and they confirmed. Since then they have texted me multiple times a day telling me I needed to call and confirm the account cancellation. Then when I call they transfer me to numerous different people and then tell me they will have to call me back to cancel. Long story short, do not do business with this company. you will be scammed out of a lot of money and no one will try to help you resolve they will just keep contacting you telling you that you need to pay your balance. You will be locking yourself into a year long contract for way overpriced service and they didn’t even come each month to treat.

I tried EcoShield Pest Solutions this year, and they promised to spray the inside and outside of the house, knock down spider webs from the eaves, wasps nests and etc. Well they did the outside, however, they did it during a rainy day and got the house dirty and did not clean it up. They never asked to do the inside of the house and have no problem charging us $180 for each quarterly visit, they are not ethical in their business practices. They are way over priced for service that they do not complete, save yourself a bunch of money and spray and trap the outside of your own home. They wanted to come and treat my house in the middle of winter, when, I refused and complained about their poor service, they tried to discount the service, but I do not want them working on my house, I cannot trust they will do a good job.

Do not use this company . We asked for a one time spray and he said sign here. so sign here was a 2 year contract.what a scammer i gave them a one star because there is a no star .they are the worst i repeat do not sign anything or deal with these scumbags!

Signed a contract with this company and had to call them out with little responses numerous times. Tried to get out of it but they threatened, and made it so difficult to get away, I decided to pay just to get the F... away from them. SCAM

Their rep told me it was for 1 time and that there was no commitment but then I found out it is a 1 year contract. After 1 year was up they kept coming and charging my card even though I no longer had a contract with them. It was such a headache to cancel this service. Never in my life I met this kind of company. Bad reputation!

Their sales guy, Braden Cain, doorknocked me and everything he told me was a lie. He is scum. Their service is complete garbage. I needed multiple retreats and when I told them their service was totally ineffective and I wanted to cancel, they tried to charge me a $150 cancellation then dumped me in collections when I didn't pay it. Reporting for fraud.

Ecoshield, Edison NJ: I contracted EcoShield Pest Solutions around a year ago and I quickly regretted my decision to hire them. They like most other bug guys show up to your door without any prior notice and try to sell you their service. First they will tell you that they need on average 3 months to kill the egg cycle then periodic appointments after that. My problems with this company began in the winter time when I saw an infestation of wasp, I requested for the company to come check things out. My wife and two kids both got stung so I was extremely livid at this point. They did not show up to my residence until 2 weeks from then to treat my property. A few weeks later I see wasp again in my house in large quantities in the middle of winter. I paid this company a premium for their service, and they are some of the most expensive in this area. Finally I decided to treat my property myself with store bought chemicals and I didn't see the wasp again. When the company called me back months later I decided that their services would no longer be needed and wanted to terminate immediately due to their inability to perform the service they were contracted to do. When I called in they connected me to someone that would help me close my account but instead they tried to offer me all kinds of discount in order to stay with them. I started to research this company on yelp and also the better business bureau and to my surprise they had similar complaints on my specific issue. The worst part of this whole ordeal is that this company uses predatory practices to keep customers locked in to a 12 month contract, they quickly reminded me that I was under contract. When I read the contract they had me waive my right to cancel the contract. I missed that because this company trains their employee to sell you a product verbally then have you quickly sign the documents then your SOL. I advice strong caution if your using this company, the bottom line is their products does not work! I should have known that with the name "ECO" on their name. The icing on the cake was I had to pay 150.00 USD in order to terminate the contract.
