Even with a very prominent sign stating DO NOT DISTURB, DO NOT SOLICIT, DO NOT SELL. Your rep, "Stuart", continued to ignore it and ring our doorbell and knock on our door 3 different times in a 2 hour period. I finally answered the door to confirm that he could read, which he could, which just confirmed that he intentionally ignored our sign and request, multiple times. Apparently, based on their reviews, it only gets worse if you actually retain their services :0

I agree this company has unethical practices. We signed a two year contract in September 2022 wherein we agreed to pay for 13 services (every two months). We just got the 12th service yesterday and I notified the company via email that after the August visit we will not be continuing to use them. I got a phone call today to confirm that I wish to cancel, asked why, etc. Then I was told that I have to wait until after the August visit to officially cancel; that they do not automatically terminate services even though the original contract period has ended. I got tired of arguing with "Baby" and hung up. She then sent me an email saying that if I cancel today I have to pay a $300 termination fee. I've replied to say that Yes they are to come in August but then we are done. I've already notified them that we will not continue to use them and there is no reason to have to contact them again. Although clearly I will have to do so. Next stop is a complain to the BBB

They have failed to make 2 appointments in a row. First treatment went well. They were supposed to show up in May for second treatment to "break the egg cycle." No show. When called was told our CS person failed to put you on the schedule. But we can get you in on 4 June. Oh wait, the cs person put you in for 14 june instead. We are so sorry, but we can get you in this Friday 7 June between 4 and 6 pm. Then a text this am telling me how sorry they are but due to unforeseen circumstances they have to cancel THAT appointment as well. I do not know how they stay in business.

On June 4, 2024, I had a knock on my door. I was barely dressed, so ran back in the room, and put some clothes on. The young man apologized, and I explained that it was not his fault. I asked what I could do for him. He started to tell me about how he was working on five or six other houses in the neighborhood and I politely said I am not interested, thank you for stopping by. He said you don’t know what I’m offering. I said I know I don’t but I’m still not interested. He said why won’t you listen to me? I said because if there’s something I feel I need I will call for it. I appreciate you stopping by but I don’t want any services. He then said you don’t be such an B word when about it. I said look, I told you three times politely that I wasn’t interested now you can get that F off my property. It should not have come to that. The moment I said I wasn’t interested, he could’ve handed me a business card and said if I change my mind to let him know. he could’ve asked if he could leave me a card in case I ever needed anything. I should not have to tell him I don’t want any services three times. Then be called a name. He was a young kid, blonde curly hair. Not very tall. I’m sure if you look at your log you can figure it out. He stopped by between 12-1. He was extremely unprofessional, and represented your business poorly. They do not honor contracts. They sign you up for every 90 days for two years but charge you a fee if you cancel after two years but don't complete bimonthly service. Customer service got me nowhere, even with providing them the information about the contract stating every 90 days. They did absolutely nothing to keep my business or rectify THEIR mistake.

This company is a total ripoff. All they do is lie! Don’t believe anything they tell you. Don’t talk to them they will harass you even after you tell them NO!

We hired Eco Shield and we where told that we would be billed quarterly at 216 dollars, well in two months we have been billed three times. We called to find out the reason and they told us those where extra services that we did not ask for and the sales person told us we would be able to cancel at any time and they told us we have to pay a $ 201 cancelation fee. this is by far the worst company ever.....

Horrible company. I moved to a new house and tried to cancel my membership after two years of being a customer. All the customer support people have Indian accents and they try to sell you on supposed "Discounts". They refused to process my cancellation request and then immediately sent me an invoice for $300 even though I never received the service. They are scammers! Do not use them. They will make it impossible for you to modify your subscription. Avoid avoid avoid!
