I saw NO difference from before treatment started a month ago to now. The only difference is in my bank account! When I called to cancel the rep just kept yakyakyaking until I finally said I was hanging up. He called me back! I answered and we basically went through it again until I again told him I was hanging up. He called back TWO MORE TIMES! I answered again and told him I was not going to talk anymore and that this was harassment!

I was bothered by sales rep when I was working outside felt pressured into it I finally agreed to one year after the one year not seeing any change and past activity I went to cancel and was told that I was under a 24 month contract and had to perform at least another two services in order to avoid an early cancellation fee of 200 and something dollars… Total BS I was very unhappy

The service is pathetic , they make it impossible to cancel and will also charge you to cancel.

They came out twice and billed me twice - then they called to say the last amount on the credit card didn't go through (which it did) At the time I didn't know and gave them another card to use and they billed me again. When I called to complain they saiid the third amount was to cancel my service (which I never canceled and didn't even know there was a cancellation fee.) They offered to give me back the cancellation fee but - I decided maybe it was a good time to get out before they milked me for more money. Their service was not worth what I paid. They are not even listed with the BBB which should tell you something.

Stay away from this company. They charge way too much for a service that does not work. We had them come repeatedly to do services and "touch-ups", and the bugs kept coming. They gave us contradicting statements on a regular basis, making excuses why their product was not working. As far as I'm concerned this is nothing but a scam. It's like pulling teeth to get them to even come and do the touch-ups we can supposedly use. They are disorganized in their communication with their techs as well. When I called to cancel the service, all I heard were excuses and the person on the phone was extremely pushy. I should have known better than to trust a company doing door to door sales in a no solicitation gated neighborhood.

I entered into a contract on a Thursday for pest control and decided against it on Friday because I could not afford it. I called and canceled using the number provided in arizona. The representative said they would contact the route representative for my area. She also canceled my account and said there would be no charge since I had not yet received any sprayings. Today is Monday. I had also previously texted Eco Shield to confirm the cancellation because I wanted to make sure my account was canceled. I received texts on Friday and Saturday saying that I need to call to resolve my account when I had been told that it already had been canceled. So today is Monday and I had to call yet again to customer care and make sure the account was canceled. Communication in this company is poor.

Horrible disgusting business. Young kid door to door sold us on the service. Less than 3 weeks later the scorpions kept coming despite paying extra for their service. They game back out to spray but charged another $173, we called and they explained that it is because it was less than a month and if we had waited a full month then it would have been covered but since it was less than a month they charged the full $172. Ended up canceling and was forced to pay another $300 cancellation fee. $668 to this place in 3 weeks. Criminal. Reported them to the BBB.

Avoid this company at all costs!!! Door to door young kid sold me into a two year contract saying that he and two other guys started this company. I bought into a 2 year contract. Service was good. The problem comes when I had to move out of state due to job requirements with one year into contract. They requested that I send in a copy of change of address and a copy of my new lease to be mailed in to avoid a $200 breach of contract fee. I mailed them the documents twice because they called every other week. Now that four months have passed, they continue calling me, and texting me saying I have an outstanding balance of $200. I explained that I have mailed them twice the documents. They are a complete mess in their accounts receiving department. Constantly being harassed by their inability to keep records! AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!!
